Uniformed Security

 

We believe we offer a unique approach to the provision of uniformed guards here in Guatemala. We don't just provide people, we empower our workforce through education and training, including project or post specific tuition using the most up to date techniques and personal equipment.

We also focus heavily on the procedural and technical aspect seamlessly integrating them to help you to ensure the correct level of security is achieved, and in many cases, reducing your security budget.

In addition to attending and passing the legally required training course established by DIGESSP under the new security law decreto 52-2010 we invest in our guards with the following basic training packages:

• Weapons training (involving 9mm pistol, revolver and shotgun) as per the requirements set by DIGECAM
• Use of force
• Conflict resolution
• Human rights
• First aid
• Driver training (for those that are involved in convoy security or patrols)
• Reporting
